Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling:
Clients must provide 24 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment and Fees:
Services are subject to fees as outlined in our fee schedule. Payment is due prior to the commencement of each session.

Refund Policy:

In case of emergencies, users are advised to contact local emergency services. Mindspa counselors are not equipped to provide immediate assistance in crisis situations.

All content and materials provided by Mindspa are protected by intellectual property laws and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
